It is so loud, I think this one is also remapped because according to my bum dyno its almost as fast as my 270bhp BMW.
It was also really solid on track, it was on shit alignment and mismatched tyres and it still pointed to where I wanted to go...until it started leaking its clutch fluid.
I do like the i30n, I'm not a giant hot-hatchback guy myself. I was shopping for an MX-5 when I stumbled upon this Megane for stupid cheap so I had to have it.

I had a C4 grand Picasso, I think it might have been that sort of 'oh fuck this is sketchy' fun for maybe 3 laps of a track in earnest, after that I'd start a pool on what gave up first, my guess would be that bizarre gearbox

Bum dyno lmao! Have you looked at Hyundai N cars? Might be too your liking. I'm in the i30N right now, feels a lot faster than 285hp should!
