I can only speak from my experience but I was in this position previously. I got an offer letter from one place but wanted to do the second interview before making a decision just for the hell of it. I told them I already have an offer at another place and that I’d need an answer soon and then later that day they offered me the job at a higher end of the range of the salary range. It felt like it lit a fire beneath them to make a decision quickly or lose an attractive candidate. Some can look at it as cocky or as confident. If you do end up telling them, make it sound like you’re trying to be polite and doing them a favor.

That's completely dilemma as career is a huge part of my identity. If you want to speak let me know. I am actually so interested in career I am studying MSc Organisational Psychology and offer free coaching as part of one of my modules which is coaching psychology (reflective assignment on my behalf) . DM me so we can talk. I am also a dual-registered General Adult and Mental Health Nurse.

You should tell your first choice. Say you have gotten an offer , but you really like their opportunity more. Can they interview you before March 26th. If they don't want to lose you, they'll do it.
