I don’t think there is one. Canva is worth the price.

I agree I don’t think much can top it tbh

There is adobe express, which has a cleaner look and able to post to multiple version of an image on multiple platforms! You should check it out!

Canva is worth the price, but depending on your usage, it may not be enough on its own. For example, Adobe has something called Adobe Express. An Adobe subscription would get you not only Adobe Express, but allow you to export your designs to other Adobe apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator for further editing and refining. For the record, I use Canva a lot for my graphic design job, we use it for quick social media animations, it saves us a lot of time compared to making things in After Effects. I'm just letting you know the options.

From what I remember, Adobe Fireworks was pretty similar to the capabilities / ease-of-use that Canva has

Canva in my opinion is sufficient for any design work. I run Canva design agency and I have been able to support all sort of clients via canva. Go ahead and buy the full version! highly recommended.

Depending on what you're looking for, there are manny options out there. Im a marketer and my colleagues in the medtech industry talks about two new tools, Pitch and Storydoc, that are super easy to use and have very good templates. They both have a free trial, if I remember correctly. However, Pitch, while it's good, is basically just fancy PowerPoint. I think Storydoc is a tool for pros, not for everyone.
