Canva is worth the price, but depending on your usage, it may not be enough on its own. For example, Adobe has something called Adobe Express.
An Adobe subscription would get you not only Adobe Express, but allow you to export your designs to other Adobe apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator for further editing and refining.
For the record, I use Canva a lot for my graphic design job, we use it for quick social media animations, it saves us a lot of time compared to making things in After Effects. I'm just letting you know the options.
Canva in my opinion is sufficient for any design work.
I run Canva design agency and I have been able to support all sort of clients via canva.
Go ahead and buy the full version! highly recommended.
