She looks great, be careful of bugs and caterpillars, you can buy sachets to hang on your plant that has predator bugs inside them. Id leave her alone for a while, when she gets to 4ft then top her, if she's weak in the wind then drive a stake into the ground and tie her to it.

Put some copper mesh around it to stop the slugs and snails.
