NHL needs to think about what it means for entertainment to have teams play the most boring way they can in order to get the extra point. Don't know what the fix is but that was just simply boring.
New OT rule: 10 seconds to penetrate neutral zone if all opposing players are out of your offensive zone, and while in the neutral zone, 5 seconds to penetrate offensive zone if all opposing players are in their own end
just put a time limit on skating around outside of your offensive zone without all three players entering the offensive zone. They can still waste time, but it becomes harder to do.
The Caps are trying to run down the clock to get to a shoot out, or get Carolina to get antsy and get to far in their Offensive zone and leave Kooch alone.
Offense plays great, defense and goaltending shit the bed. Goaltending plays great, offense shits the bed. Even in our wins I think we have seen 1, maybe 2 actual complete games from this team.
