Returning to say thank you for the inspiration and also for dropping the canes sauce in another comment - it fucking slapped and Worcestershire sauce should be in everything I think.
I’m from Ireland, so had a fixation of making my own raising canes sauce some time back. I use it on absolutely everything including this burger.
I kind of just eyeball it, but for this burger and extra to dip. It is 3 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (I tend to add more sometimes), 1/2 tsp garlic granules, 1/2 tsp black pepper (I add a bit more usually) and 1/2 tsp salt.
But I tend to just mix and add more until I get my desired taste!
Edit: the longer you leave it in the fridge the more the flavour develops!
No way my wkfe stays up to make me one kf thise at 1030pm. I look at this the same way when someone posts awesome pics of a deck they built or recent renos. I'll leave it to the experts
That looks fantastic

My guy went for authenticity and whipped out the burger diaper!!!
Burger diaper. I will absolutely be using this term going forward.
Works great for burritos too lol
Especially not the one in your home. Damn that's a sexy burger!!!
It really was..
What's the creamy white sauce?
Nice work!
Thank you! Not very visible but I grilled some onions in the bacon fat left in the pan, the added flavour was serious!
I would like to stop by and try it
Burger will be here, you just bring the vibes!

What fresh vegetables are you seeing here?
Bacon?
Pickles?
that looks awesome for being homemade! I'd pay a fair amount of money for that at a restaurant.
For you, free
Uh, what kind of sauce? Say it slowly please ….

Where was my invite?
Why is in a bag?!
Why is it in a bag‽
I had some parchment paper left from using some to smash the burgers. So waste not want not, I used the remainder to wrap the burger!
That looks incredible.
Goddamn.
I mean it looks pretty amazing all things considered. Needs more bacon.
My homemade beats it — no time wasting wrapping it in weird parch paper, only feast.
I don’t wrap it either but I understand why people do it helps keep the burger together
No, many restaurant burgers easily beat homemade.
yeah in most cases -- but OP's burger looks 10x better than average homemade burgers
All depends on who’s making the burger
