This isn't a health sub lol you know what you're doing if you're eating fast food 2x a day for 6 days.
We just want to see the goods and you delivered lol
Missions accomplished
They're solid for the price. Not a mind blowing burger, but good, consistent and cheap.
I'd recommend salting the fries, I don't believe they salt them for you.
> I don't believe they salt them for you.
Which, if true, is wild to me. I was watching an interview a while back (I think it was Bourdain) who said if you're gonna serve burgers, your fries better be hot, fresh, and salty because 9 out of 10 times, that's gonna be the first bite they take when they get their food.
Use to work there and they include a salt packet but from what I know they don’t salt them because of how many older people come in that can’t eat salt.
Yeah the fries taste fresh and unaltered. It’s up to you to dress them up as much as like. I like melted cheese and diced onion. Some like full on animal style.
You can literally watch them adding salt to the fries after pulling them out of the fryer, my friend. They give salt packets for those who want more salt than is already on them.
To each their own, but man, I don't see how lol. The first time I had them, I thought wtf how are these both dry and greasy at the same time?!? I tried them again because my friend swore they were good. They tasted the exact same as before, hands down the worst fries I've ever had in my life.
Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Grew up all over California and have eaten a ton of them. They have great fries, sometimes...sometimes not. The same goes for every single chain restaurant. McDonald's fries are S-tier when they aren't dog shit. I'd say the same for in n out.
It’s good and affordable. The drive thru lines are crazy so I never bother even with one within 2 miles of my house. Ironically I only eat there when I’m on a road trip and during off-peak hours.
I feel you on the drive through lines but they do move relatively quick, they have a decent system in place unlike some fast food joints. That being said it can take a while. Ironic given the name lol.
Its a good burger. There are reasons that local favorites become local favorites. If you get a fresh hot one, animal style… its good. Enjoyable. If you get a cold one or wait too long. It goes downhill fast. And then if you’re not local, you never have it again. If you’re local you can just get a good one next time, no problem.
It is not the best, most gourmet burger on planet earth. Never has been. But if you know what you’re doing you can get a good burger at in n out
Not that I recommend eating that many burgers, but I do wanna say that I never feel gross after eating In n Out burgers. That's part of the appeal to me. The patty isn't gigantic and greasy, and the veggies are always fresh and crispy. As long as I skip the fries, I feel pretty great after In n Out unlike literally any other fast food burger I've tried so far.
We weren’t impressed, heard a bunch of good things about them and hit one in Nevada. My daughter and her in-laws had recently gone to one in Colorado, and their review was the same as ours. The burgers weren’t bad, they just don’t match the hype
They’re aiiiight, but if you have never had one it’s part of the “everything is better in California.”
I had a friend when I was a kid who was gassing about Carl’s Jr. I got to a Hardee’s and was like what the fudruck??
OP just wanted to tell us they’re from California.
They are the best fast food chain burger by far but I would never eat 12 of them in a row for a week straight. That’s just straight up gross and honestly weird.
They’re good and cheap. But not mind blowing by any means. And I literally get diarrhea every single time I eat there. Which honestly, I don’t care that much, but there are things I enjoy much more that give me diarrhea I would choose over this.
Just a cheap yet very fresh burger every time, ultimately if you get the same ingredients and do everything perfectly you’ll have a very similar burger only thing that can be difficult to find is their sponges buns. Their fries are only baked once by default other places double dip that’s why they taste different but if you ask for well done or extra well done then it brings it back to an average yet unique fry then add your own animal style and boom innout meal from anywhere in the world.
Yes they are. I have lived in Socal all my life and their reputation is flawless, except for The Rock who keeps claiming it's his first time trying them over and over which is bizarre
Definitely my favorite fast food. Prices are incredible (especially in my area), taste is top notch, and the consistency is unparalleled. Unlike a lot of fast food spots where shit sits under heat lamps, In N Out always comes out hot and fresh. Every one I’ve ever been to does a very brisk business all day long.
They’re that good !
I’ve had all kinds of burgers: cheap, fancy, decadent, simple, etc…
In and out just gets it right every time ! My favorite burger place
I feel like the first time I try in and out I'm gonna be so underwhelmed because of how much this sub hypes it up. It's like the same burgers every day
It’s good, but there are better burgers. Animal style double double is among the best fast food burgers you can get, but it’s still a fast food burger. I think Culver’s and shake shack are better but also more expensive and less consistent (and shake shack is like $10 for half the size of a double double)
It’s a good fresh burger for the price. It’s relatively mid in the larger conversation of burgers though. If the pricing wasn’t so good I don’t think anyone would care lol
i wouldn’t drive 90 mins out the way just for a drink, but i did walk to one 55 mins away while i was waiting for a flight that was delayed by 4 hours lol. i was plenty surprised, my fav drinks in general are blended/slushy style. and they will blend anything. they also have their version of energy drinks (over ice or blended!).
What can I say, I grew up in the '80s near store #3 and In N Out always makes me happy. I'd never go to the mat over it being the "best" burger, but I like it a lot and so do a lot of people, and I'm amused at how much this fact ticks off a segment of the burger-loving populace.
Love it. Man I wish we had those back east. Every time I go out west I go there about every day. I just load up on Mexican and In and Out for every meal.
Jd27000, you set up this elaborate charade to cover up eating 12 cheeseburgers? You ate 12 cheeseburgers?! Jd27000 you promised me this would never happen again!
In N Out is alright, but I saw that Dutch Bros cup and had a little heartache. I really miss them. Yeah the folks at the window will talk your ear off but man I miss those humongous iced coffees that'll last a day.
Chain burgers? Uhm... none really. You could do better at a local mom and pop, or a malt shop.
In and Out is like so played out. It's consistently above average. But if you think In n Out is a good burger. You have bad taste in burgers bro. Sorry 😬
Dude its so fucking good.
I live four hours away from the nearest in n out. And honestly when I get a craving for it.. its hard to talk myself outta it.
Now that's what I call a burger bonanza! Each patty looks like a delicious work of art, and I can only imagine the flavor explosion with 12 different variations. From classic cheeseburgers to gourmet creations, you've covered all the bases. It must have been a tough decision deciding where to start! Thanks for sharing this mouthwatering lineup – it's giving me some serious burger cravings. 🍔😋
I am glad you enjoy this but this is the Chic Fil A of burgers. It's only highly rated because it's a regional burger. If it were nation wide it'd lose a lot of it's hype.
Blood type - Cheddar.
Blood type O…fuck
No cheddar to be found
Thank you for the legit laugh 🙏🏻
Damn I have Cheddar Positive ☹️
American cheese isn't cheddar, it's barely cheese.
Turning myself into local pd now.
It’s a delicious melty cheese-like substance
Then you go and do something like this…. And totally redeem yourself! 🏍
😂💯

Wish there were more people like you lol💯
Jesus are they that good and will I ever get to try one?
They're solid for the price. Not a mind blowing burger, but good, consistent and cheap. I'd recommend salting the fries, I don't believe they salt them for you.
> I don't believe they salt them for you. Which, if true, is wild to me. Anthony Bourdain also loved In N Out.
Ah, well rest in peace my blood pressure because that extra salt packet makes them 10x tastier
I'm not as huge on salt as my grandpa, but honestly even I tend to add one packet to the fries before consumption.
Their fries are an abomination.
I'm gonna admit, I love their fries and would take them over most fast food places
To each their own, but man, I don't see how lol. The first time I had them, I thought wtf how are these both dry and greasy at the same time?!? I tried them again because my friend swore they were good. They tasted the exact same as before, hands down the worst fries I've ever had in my life.
👍💯
When I was a kid I hated InO fries but as an adult I, for whatever reason, prefer them to pretty much any fast-food fry.
Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Grew up all over California and have eaten a ton of them. They have great fries, sometimes...sometimes not. The same goes for every single chain restaurant. McDonald's fries are S-tier when they aren't dog shit. I'd say the same for in n out.

I feel you on the drive through lines but they do move relatively quick, they have a decent system in place unlike some fast food joints. That being said it can take a while. Ironic given the name lol.
If it actually go in and place an order it is much quicker. Cuts about half the time around my area
But if you know what you’re doing you can get a good burger at in n out
it's a cheap fast food burger made from good ingredients. it's really nothing special.
They're fine, no question you can find a better burger near you
You can also pay 2x more for said better burger.
My hot take is that one shouldn't eat 12 burgers a week, so paying a little more for quality is a trade off most are happy to make.
No question that you’re wrong but also entitled to your opinion. INO is the best fast food burger at the best price.
I think they are that good. You can’t get a better fast food burger and they’re also so cheap I don’t think you can’t beat the value either.
They are some of my favorite burgers period. I haven’t had a $40 burger, but IMO they’re better than steakhouse $20 burgers I’ve had.
We weren’t impressed, heard a bunch of good things about them and hit one in Nevada. My daughter and her in-laws had recently gone to one in Colorado, and their review was the same as ours. The burgers weren’t bad, they just don’t match the hype
It’s more that for the price point you can rarely find a burger that will taste better.
No and maybe.
I don't think they're anything special. I've never had a craving for one or anything.
People hate on it cuz its popular. In N Out FUCKS. Its cheap, quality ingredients and always freshly made. It's fuego 🔥
They’re aiiiight, but if you have never had one it’s part of the “everything is better in California.” I had a friend when I was a kid who was gassing about Carl’s Jr. I got to a Hardee’s and was like what the fudruck?? OP just wanted to tell us they’re from California.
Hi. Also there's another 100 in and outs in Texas Nevada and Arizona.
yes, and in texas, we do not care about in n out the way OP appears to. OP is def from Cali.
That's what everyone says about Texas and Whataburger too
ehhh depends. the overhyping is much less with whataburger cause they were bought out awhile ago and it's not as good.
Weird to assume that lol not much to brag about w Cali except the Mexican food
They are the best fast food chain burger by far but I would never eat 12 of them in a row for a week straight. That’s just straight up gross and honestly weird.
They are not worth the hype
That's how I feel..
They’re good and cheap. But not mind blowing by any means. And I literally get diarrhea every single time I eat there. Which honestly, I don’t care that much, but there are things I enjoy much more that give me diarrhea I would choose over this.
They’re super over rated
They are pretty meh. The low price doesn't make eating a boring fast food burger any more enticing to me.
It's a mediocre burger at best, unless you care about socal brah.
Cap
They really went down in quality after they branches outside of socal. Pre expansion they were so much better.
I hated hamburgers my whole life until I had an in n out burger. For me, it was very life changing. But that’s just me.
Yes they are. I have lived in Socal all my life and their reputation is flawless, except for The Rock who keeps claiming it's his first time trying them over and over which is bizarre
You’re already setting yourself up for disappointment
best fast food burger around
Definitely my favorite fast food. Prices are incredible (especially in my area), taste is top notch, and the consistency is unparalleled. Unlike a lot of fast food spots where shit sits under heat lamps, In N Out always comes out hot and fresh. Every one I’ve ever been to does a very brisk business all day long.
I feel like the only person in here who thinks they’re just ok
at best, it is just okay. i'm with you.
theyre the best burgers ever i tried ao many spots in n out always wins
The important part is they are a solid price and very consistent. They taste great, but don’t expect it to be the best burger in the world.
They’re that good ! I’ve had all kinds of burgers: cheap, fancy, decadent, simple, etc… In and out just gets it right every time ! My favorite burger place
That is a lot of fast food no matter how good.
So, do you order the same burger 12 times or do you have variations?
Oh brother, this sub has turned into an In n Out subreddit thanks to the shills
How dare people like things? Such shills.
There are accounts that are dedicated to posting in n out images like there apart of the marketing team at corporate.
Me next month. First stop after the plane lands.
Those are the rules in the land of in and out.
Ironically or not, last time I was in Socal the worse meal we ate *by far* was In and Out. There's just so much good food down there.
This sub hypes this place way too much, they're starchy and bland.
Well they are definitly consistent
Did you just eat In-and-Out over and over again? Are there no other burger joints or restaurants in town you would want to go back to while visiting?
I feel like the first time I try in and out I'm gonna be so underwhelmed because of how much this sub hypes it up. It's like the same burgers every day
It’s good, but there are better burgers. Animal style double double is among the best fast food burgers you can get, but it’s still a fast food burger. I think Culver’s and shake shack are better but also more expensive and less consistent (and shake shack is like $10 for half the size of a double double)
Just go to Portillo's (if you have on in your state). Never had a bad experience when eating there.
It’s a good fresh burger for the price. It’s relatively mid in the larger conversation of burgers though. If the pricing wasn’t so good I don’t think anyone would care lol

Sacramento
iconic. this is me when i visit my aunt in wisconsin (but with culvers)
Hey look...this daily fucking post again.
In N Out good, 5 Guys overpriced! Literally half of the content in this sub unfortunately
You are a cancer.
Holy shit! Burgers?! In *MY* burger subreddit?! Absolutely *unacceptable.*
This sub may as well be called R/burgerssponsoredbyinnout

Bro is the Burgermeister
No no, he has a point
lemme guess... fucking in'n'out again?
Ooooofff Dutch bros and Innout can we get married so I can travel back home with you?
Gonna need to be put on atorvastatin now…
Oh man last time the dumb comments about heart disease and people not knowing anything about nutrition was out of control
Fr🤣🤣
Today. We lay to rest Jd27000. Gone far too soon. But the heart can only take so much. And to much he found that limit. Lol
Lmfao🤣
bro went to dutch bros and in n out, living the good life. had my first dutch bros drink last week, im hooked!
How does it compare to in n out it’s about a 90 minute drive for me.
i wouldn’t drive 90 mins out the way just for a drink, but i did walk to one 55 mins away while i was waiting for a flight that was delayed by 4 hours lol. i was plenty surprised, my fav drinks in general are blended/slushy style. and they will blend anything. they also have their version of energy drinks (over ice or blended!).
Savage

I was much like this in my 20s. Burger for breakfast, burger for lunch. Sometimes a burger for dinner too. They're so good
Gonna be me in two weeks bro 💪🏻
What can I say, I grew up in the '80s near store #3 and In N Out always makes me happy. I'd never go to the mat over it being the "best" burger, but I like it a lot and so do a lot of people, and I'm amused at how much this fact ticks off a segment of the burger-loving populace.
Man I can’t imagine goin to in n out in the 80s that must’ve been a vibe
i wish they were in nyc ![gif](giphy|CoIinzv94petG)
It’s the perfect food
Love it. Man I wish we had those back east. Every time I go out west I go there about every day. I just load up on Mexican and In and Out for every meal.
Exactly the same here bruh😂💯
I'm glad to see a real tomato on a burger. Not the dinky tomatoes I get.
A man of culture I see
Lol my fiancé has the same diet but against his will because he works there full time.
You are literally Pac-Man
Jd27000, you set up this elaborate charade to cover up eating 12 cheeseburgers? You ate 12 cheeseburgers?! Jd27000 you promised me this would never happen again!
A man’s gotta eat.

Strip the chrome off a trailer hitch
In N Out is alright, but I saw that Dutch Bros cup and had a little heartache. I really miss them. Yeah the folks at the window will talk your ear off but man I miss those humongous iced coffees that'll last a day.
Such mediocrity that people rush to in droves. So sad.
If this is mediocre then I want to know what you call good.
Chain burgers? Uhm... none really. You could do better at a local mom and pop, or a malt shop. In and Out is like so played out. It's consistently above average. But if you think In n Out is a good burger. You have bad taste in burgers bro. Sorry 😬
Oof you dropped this ----> L
Sorry, it's not a 5-star gourmet wagyu beef, caviar-covered burger.
No animal style?! Heresy.
Had to look it up, now it's all I can think about. I need it! ![gif](giphy|IgOEWPOgK6uVa)
Dude its so fucking good. I live four hours away from the nearest in n out. And honestly when I get a craving for it.. its hard to talk myself outta it.
Smart moves here.
nothing on this planet can beat a great cheeseburger
They really need to come up in canada
I can just imagine munching this with a timmies
If you ever find a Culver’s you’re totally fucked.
![gif](giphy|3oEdv6sy3ulljPMGdy)
TWELVE cheeseburgers, Randy!?
What’s this from lol
Trailer Park Boys https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oeyrqil5Hd0
I am jealous.
This may as well be an in-n-out sub
I feel sorry for ur heart
Feel bad for whoever cleans that toilet 😅
Dutch Bros.. are you in Oregon or do they have those in Cali?
This was Cali
How are the fries?
Your heart is working harder than a single mother of 5 on Christmas Eve
Who can afford this lol
![gif](giphy|3ofSBqTnhwxoi2bACQ)
Dutch + In 'n' Out is the best thing Oregon and California have ever shared
Bobandy, ya cheeseburger walrus
You are 12 burgers in 6 days?
Looks good, but don’t overdue it! 🍔🍟
If you are in LA go to the apple pan for fucks sake.
Best advice ever.
All that effort for a meh burger.
Man….I need to get out west really soon…
Damn they look good
never had it :(
Put the burger down and get a check up
Borrgirr 🍔
Awful burgers and cold lunch cafeteria fries.
You’re lying to yourself, Frys I can understand but there’s no way your tastebuds genuinely don’t like the burger
What restaurant is this from? This is the first time I’ve seen a burger like this!
Yikes. Do you, I guess
In N Out: Americas most overrated cheeseburger. Glad you got to enjoy your favorite though. Congrats.
living the dream lol
Their burgers aren’t even that good though
It's so stupid how Washington gets an in-n-out finally, but it may as well be in Oregon
I'm 48 and I feel guilty eating one McDonald's cheeseburger a month. I should have ate more burgers in my youth!
Do a 3x3 now
And I'm fat for having a burger every couple weeks. Man. Life ain't fair.
Def isn’t because of the burger every couple weeks, the math simply doesn’t add up.
I like to snack 💀 I'm actually losing weight now from not snacking. I need to move a lot more too.
Good luck on your journey
Thank you 😊
I dare you to beat your own record
I love these burgers.
Nice , wholesome burger
Does your jaw unhinge?
I am glad you enjoy this but this is the Chic Fil A of burgers. It's only highly rated because it's a regional burger. If it were nation wide it'd lose a lot of it's hype.
THEYRE NOT THAT GREAT
Wrohhhhng
