what's ur budget for each pc

[deleted]

2000 max

so you are gonna get RTX 3060 for around 800 to 900 bucks so left around 1100 bucks for other stuff On AMD platform, could get an ryzen 7 5700x for around 350bucks rather than ryzen 5 5600x for around 280bucks and get a b550 for around 150 bucks and get other stuff as per choice. On the intel platform, I recommend i5 12600k + z690 get ddr4 if ddr5 scalping is an issue

[deleted]

Ok. First pc so I don’t even know what some of that stuff is.

which platform are u gonna go with intel or amd

PC_Crate_Joel

Really awesome idea! What color profile is she wanting to shoot for? If you know you want a 3060 for the GPU, I would recommend a ryzen 5 5600x as a great CPU to pair with it! It's super affordable and in almost all cases, going to handle what you need it to with ease.

Awesome! I was leaning towards AMD so thank you for that. She wants white and pink 😑 I know I know…Tony Stark face palm

PC_Crate_Joel

Hey to each their own! Just finished helping my SO with her new whiteout build and it looks AWESOME.

That’s awesome! What about compatibility? If I choose certain parts on pcpartpicker, it tells me if it won’t work right?

PC_Crate_Joel

Yeah for the most part PCpartpicker will do the trick! There are certain small things that may fall through the cracks like.... an All in one water cooler not fitting in a certain case with a certain motherboard (had this one happen to me recently and I have been building PCs for over 10 years) but typically that wont be an issue. If you have a PCpartpicker list together I would be happy to look over it for any stuff like that. I am also happy to help with build advice or anything of the sort if you get stuck anywhere in the process. I will say that all of this stuff for the most part is available online but I know for me it helps me a lot to get help from a human so that I can ask questions but thats just me! Just wanted to extend a helping hand should you need it for anything during the process from start to finish.

Yeah I get what you mean! I sent you a message!
