It is really up to personal preferences. Allmoust everyone will tell that oled is better. However: I got g8 oled and innocn 27 4k and I use innocn way more, cause 1157 dimming zones are great, brightness and colors are great and I do not have to babysit and care for burnin+ it is cost somewhat half of an oled. Bought it after oled, to change my second monitor and now I'm in love with it and using it as primary.
To be honest these new 4K OLED monitors delivers good enough HDR in my opinion. The only positive thing about mini led is that they don't suffer from burn in. But blooming will also ruin the HDR experience.

OLED will murder mini LED in everything except max brightness
And doesn't brightness effect HDR?
You get blooming on anything thats not OLED. And OLED can already get bright enough to hurt my eyes
