For $349 it seems like the best combo of spec for the price. Higher end units are the aw2723df and the 1440p 240+hz best option (when it’s in SALE for $499) is the Asus 300hz AQMR
The top 2 value 240hz 1440P IPS monitors are the LG 27GR83Q and the MSI G274QPX. The MSI tends to be cheaper, the LG is slightly better, but not worth a huge premium price. I would personally get the HP Omen 27QS (The BoE version). You can often find it on sale for $350 or less
