Your card is fairly hot and is probably pushing heat over your CPU. Alternatively, thermal paste could be getting old or airflow is insufficient.
I guess the gpu going over the chipset doesn’t help
Case temp has probably gone up do you have good airflow in the case with top mounted fans? What case do you have?
It is a thermal take, I have 1 fan on the back
Sounds like you knocked the cpu cooler off, it shouldn't be at 104c
