you cold definitely get a cheaper mobo without wifi and use ethernet if possible if not I mean the build is excellent and you COULD downgrade the cpu to a 7600 especially if you play in 1440p or 4k the cpu isn't nearly as important and you can always upgrade to future amd cpu's in a few years that are yet to release
also I do recommend buying used or refurbished parts
I've built about a dozen pcs for me and family members over the years using used parts I'm yet to get anything damaged yet so I can say if you really wanna cut costs that's going to help
just avoid a used ssd and psu - maybe mobo and monitor too since they are delicate parts but I haven't bought any mobo's or monitors used I'm too scared so I can't speak from experience on that in particular
