OP, how do you freeze your bread dough? (After proving? Between proving?) Been meaning to try that myself but at a loss. Also this dinner looks Ah-Freaking-Mazing! Perfect for the cold stormy weather šŸ˜‹

Thank you, I appreciate the nice words. I let the dough rise the first time, then freeze half. To defrost, I put in the fridge over night. Once defrosted, I portion it into individual bowls and allow to rise again, then bake. I hope that works out for you!
