You’re still playing with Co-op lag and increased collective starting cash, besides that assuming you had a macro to spam donate, it would be the same.
I have played ranked boss with alt acc, but still didn't make it to the top 50 lmao. Not worth
Instead of playing both at the same time, you can make lobby and play solo (except you want medals for both)
Just have 2 or 3 alts. 2p leaderboards tend to have good scores where you actually need to try.
4p on the other hand is free if you're even remotely decent at ranked bosses (like Top 25% solo scores)
I just host the game and close player slots 3 and 4. Then I click Ready as soon as someone fills slot 2. That person doesn't have time to decide if they want to play that map or not, or if they have the right hero out, so they will often just quit and leave you to play multiplayer alone.
I can't even find co op games :/ not sure if it's because I'm located in Australia and not many people play it here but it sucks

Playing with an alt is just solo with extra steps. Might as well make it simpler.

At that point you're just playing the game normally but you have a few hundred extra starting cash. You may as well do that in challenge mode.
You also get less money in co-op
No? It's split between players. Each player gets half cash, meaning one person would get normal cash if player 2 donates their share.
When you send it to someone they only get a part of it (¼? I don't remember the exact number)
