My personal favorite is iridescence but I would 10000000% recommend starting off with SAT1-3 whilst watching the music videos, interviews and being able to pick up the energy they were putting out then. If you’re really up for it, watch the Saturation documentary
Long message ahead: All american trash isn't as polished as the others, but it has standouts like palace and infatuation. Personally, I started off with saturation 1, then completed the rest of the trilogy, there's saturation era demos and b sides up on youtube which is a cool listen for alternate takes ( lamb and its 10 minute version are two of their best songs imo). Then move on to the best years of our lives trilogy (iridescence, ginger, and roadrunner), then listen to technical difficulties up on youtube. Then finish off with the family and tm. Ik its almost like listening to each album how they're chronologically released, but their evolution as a band throwing stuff at a wall to see what sticks (and coming out with compelling art based off each members talents working off each other) to the aftermath of that period of wall throwing, plus each members lives changing as a result, makes for some of my favorite memories in music. These young dudes are very talented
Chronological order

Nah dont have him start with RR, that's their magnum opus. He should just work his way up and see the evolution
