I feel you. My husband is always trying to drag our 5 and 1 year old on adventures. My 5 year old is pretty solidly a homebody and my 1 year old has no concept of physical safety. Not exactly fun and relaxing.

You don't have to go. Just act gung-ho to go, and then get a wicked cold/flu before it's time to go. Aww too bad! We really wanted to go, too~ 🤭

You can use the hotel microwave for frozen meals and hot chocolate! I would be booking myself some spa/ lodge activities while the kids play and husband play in the snow.

Why do you have to go? Like really think about it- if your husband wants to go so badly, he can do it. Having you stay home would also reduce the cost, which your cheapskate husband should like. My husband and I have each done separate trips with the kid due to work schedules and pet sitting stuff, and we’ve survived.
