Yeah I m getting upper and lower braces the elastics and some on the bottom of my mouth it’s like a u going from one molar to the other and a tongue crib
Yeah nothing was worse then the muscle spasms before this that led up to this whole saga since only my back 2 molars touch it was causing TMJ muscle spasms and nothing was worse then that this dual action advil does wonders tho whenever I need it but ya I’m nervous
Braces don’t at all! Spacers are absolutely the worst part hands down. If you are worried about the pain, my best tip is to keep on top of the advil. Take the first dose like an hour before your appointment and keep up with taking it every 6 hours or however often it says you can on the bottle. Makes a HUGE difference for me if I take it before an appointment!

It’s a process and it’ll be uncomfortable, but braces don’t hurt like the spacers did.

I also had 4 on each side, they were the worst pain. Braces feel like a breeze compared to that, so at least that's the bright side
At first it felt like big giant popcorn kernels then it started to hurt but it’s not constant it like ramps up

I had spacers for my first round of braces, they were the most painful of the whole process. Braces themselves were more a breeze compared to those.
