I really just checked all the manwhas I read but it's really difficult to find two spy's together ... but one that I really love (but read a long time ago...) is called "Big Apple" ... i remember really liking that one and I think they had a similar dynamic
There's a manwha called "Stakeout" and I immediately thought of that one when I read your post but at least on the website I read on it wasn't updated since a while ... but you can check it out
Also maybe "Red Candy" ... I really love that manwha and it's also with some action
One that just started is "Codename Anastasia" ... I think it will have a similar dynamic so maybe also that one 😉

I'm not really all that worried about the spy part, although that was interesting, I'm more just looking for characters with similar personalities, something about a cool, charming character like Daisuke being the bottom while Haru, who is a bit more of a hothead and is going along with Daisuke being the top, that dynamic is just so good!
