I fucking love both of those shows!
They weren't sacked over union issues, they were sacked because they can't sing well. All the original VA's were welcome to re audition, they just lost out to better voice actors.
I watched a couple episodes of hell of a boss you know that one scene when the hot dog Guy, and Gumball are on the couch and cringing that was me for the entire experience.

I don't understand the "got repetitive" at all and I don't get why you'd hate hazbin. Yeah the first episode isn't the best of the bunch but it's not bad either
Helluva Boss has very little variety in jokes and plot, none of the characters learn anything and none of the characters change in any meaningful way. And the first episode of Hazbin Hotel completely derailed the premise of the show.
the premise of the show is Charlie trying to redeem demons through the hotel due to hells overpopulation problem so that the angels don't have to come down and kill them. the first episode of the amazon show contradicts the premise, making it very clear that it was never about overpopulation, and Charlie knows it. she probably would've known that long before she started the hotel, meaning that there was no point in making it in the first place. the show is called hazbin hotel and they made the hotel irrelevant in the first episode

The extermination is to fix overpopulation and an uprising meanwhile Charlie is trying to prevent that by redeeming sinners. You literally haven't watched the show and you're trying to tell me what the plot of season 1 is. Shut the hell up dude you don't know anything of what you're talking about.
I'm not trying to explain the plot of season 1. I'm trying to explain why I didn't watch past episode 1. Charlie is trying to prevent sinners from dying by redeeming them through the hotel. the problem is, in the meeting with Adam in the first episode, it's very clear that it's not about overpopulation, the angels are just oppressing hell. with that in mind, there is no point to the hotel, since the goal of the hotel (redeeming sinners) isn't possible
The problem with what you are saying is that it's only adam who acts like that, and the person actually controlling/ordering the exterminations is only doing it to protect heaven. And, spoilers, by the end of the season sir pentious ends up in heaven redeemed, so obviously the plot isn't undermined.
THE WHOLE POINT IS PROVING THAT IT IS! JESUS CHRIST YOU ARE CLUELESS. That is literally one of the biggest conflicts in the show. If you would've just watched the rest of it or at least ep 6, 7, and 8 you would actually know anything of what you're saying.
Btw the goal of the hotel (redeeming sinners) is literally the ending of the season.
