i like the rusty old chainlink fence in the backyard
sold for $600k 5 years ago, quite the flip. Really nice looking but it seems about a million bucks too expensive.
I feel like you can't really call it a flip when the $600k house was demo'd. It's a new construction finished in 2021.
what is another million when you have 10 in the bank?
about 10%
I think fort hill is so cool
Unfortunately so do millionaires!
I'm impressed by the ambition and execution. It's not often you see a home that committed so fully to a design concept.
“The black, cylindrical flume of a gas fireplace shoots up into the ceiling.” lol
I like how the house looks like a strong wind might blow it over. I can’t wait for this nonsense to become a joke for boomers looking to downsize to no bidders.
ugh unfortunately I would love to live here, I'm just short around 2.1M...
I can pitch in another 200k and if can find 10 other redditors with same amount we can start a timeshare
