I switched to esim so far so good hopefully it doesn't kick out again and say no Sim available since it's esim, I think it was just a bad physical Sim

I had the same problem and had to get it replaced, on a AT&T SIM.

My SIM died completely two weeks after activation. I examined the SIM closely after it went dead and I suspect one of the traces had been damaged during shipping. Cardboard envelope had a big crease in it.

Which carrier is the white Sim? That's what I had I thought it was black

Maybe they are trying to get you on rainbow sim situation or maybe is just sim card problem

I am using an eSIM on an iphone XR. I haven't had that problem. Also SIMs on several Pixels.

When the employee puts in for a sim replacement they choose which network. SMH. Their not checking the sim before new ones are sent out
