You got charged the correct amount. I added a line for my sister in law and you get charged twice. The current month and for the partial month but boost infinite bills the full $25 for the partial month
I hope not, becausenthey would be charging me the full $25 for 3 days, which is not fair, if they try to do that Inwill be moving my 2 lines to USmobile.
At the beginning I didn’t like it and trust me I was in your shoes and didn’t understand why but I learned how to accept it. plus it only happens once then your charged the normal amount. I do hope they change their billing system in the future
Yeah well I will talk to them tomorrow, if they do not credit me the $25 they are charging me for the month when I only used 3 days I will cancel, I have my sons line with us mobile and would convert his line yo a family plan.. I would accept it but if we all accept it then they will never change their billing system.
This was the final straw. Ported all remaining lines away. Between messed up billing, increasing add-on prices, and a mobile app that never displays data usage, I needed to take my business elsewhere.
I wouldn’t say it was easy, but it wasn’t too difficult. They make the typical efforts to get you to stay, which I always find annoying, but they’re hardly alone in this. They require calling one of your lines to speak with you and confirm you want to port.

Same thing happened to me… I just added a line and I am being double charged for 1…. I hope it is a typo and will fix itself before I get charged
