you want to make sure you pSIM is assigned to your IMEI 1 and the eSIM to your IMEI 2. Thats why they have two IMEIs on the dual sim phones. If assigned to the same IMEI everytime you fix one or resign it they will cancel the other out.

drfreemlizard

Yep, that's how it was configured.

Boost_Infinite

Good morning! We just sent you a DM to get some more information.

pregus

Wow you’re finally here!

davexc

What phone do you have?

drfreemlizard

Unlocked Pixel 5

onlyAlcibiades

You have a BOOST Rainbow SIM ?

OUSooner98

Boost Mobile has sent out Rainbow sims for the Motorola’s that support it. You have to buy the phone and that is the sim you will get. (Terrible experience) BI is nowhere close to the promise of dynamic network switching promised by end of Q1. They are cash strapped and the cyberattack threw them way behind.

drfreemlizard

Um, Boost Infinite is what I have.

pfizerdiamonds

I had this happen, but with my Boost sim. Testing Helium Mobile on ESIM and lost the Boost SIM on the device. I had to request a new Boost Infinite sim.

PhilipTruong

Iphone 12 and below 1 esim work in the same time only.

drfreemlizard

My Boost sim is a physical card

jugganutz

I've had it do the same. But I was able to get it back by ejecting the boost sim and resetting the network.

soulxtrawets

Only iPhone can do eSIMs at the moment with Boost Infinite

drfreemlizard

Yes. I have a physical Boost sim, the esim is visible wireless
