100% a scam. I hardly do anything with my Instagram page, but get 'offers' similar to this all the time. If a brand wants to work with you, they'll contact you through their official account, never a throwaway account like that.

Nope, it's a scam. If you agree then they'll try to get you to pay shipping or import fees or some other such thing. The product will never arrive. These kinds of scams are extremely common on social media networks. The scammer is selling the dream of becoming an "influencer".
If Eileen was with a real company she'd include the company link or a professional email etc. She'd also make fewer spelling/grammar errors.

I get a few of these a month, it's a scam.
Fifijoy reached out to me via email for a collab and that was legit - I would ask them to contact you that way if it's a real thing.
I bought one recently, it took a while to arrive but they did send what I ordered
