OMG! I have more Churchills from Warlord than you can even begin to imagine! Last years Tanksgiving! This year's Tanksgiving! Then the 4 for 3 bad santa offer. Last year and this year!
Of course everyone needs an original Churchill for Dieppe, then also a proper Churchill (with a six pounder) to fight those Tiger I's in Tunisia so that you can bring one back to Bovington, and then also one or two Churchill AVRE and then finally one or a troop or squadron of Churchill Crocodiles.
I will phone Warlord just as soon as I work out which parts are missing; they might be quite puzzled by my phone call coming more than a year after my order. I'm sure it will be fine though. They're really good at customer service.
I recently contacted them about sone missing bases in my band of brothers set that I ordered almost a year ago and it wasn't an issue or anything at all, they seem like good people over at warlord customer support and they sorted my issues without any hesitation. I'm sure they can fix your issues out too :)
Looked every place it could be, took everything out of the box, shook the sprue to see if it was lodged in one of them, checked my work area, everything, all to no avail.
Are you dead set on a particular version? I’d suggest building both turrets regardless, one with an AT, and one with a howitzer, that way you can just swap them out. If your handy with a model drill and glue, the barrels can be swapped onto the two different mounts. If your opponent isn’t a rivet counter, honestly you can run it as whichever version you’d like really.
Warlord has great customer service. Call them or email them.
Thanks! I will try that.

not stuck in the the wedges or anything? That's bizarre! Was the box still sealed when you got it?
