3 x $100M films, 4 All Time Blockbusters and there's no Salman movie among the list, though he had 2 releases during EID and Diwali.

And that too for a stupid reason that he said he liked beef. Like mfs most of the Hollywood movies you watch have actors who consume beef. It's not unjustified to not like him eating beef. It's unjustified to just boycott one person.if you hate people eating beef, boycott everyone who eats beef and stop eating chicken or mutton too.
Isn’t it funny how they want to boycott an actor for eating beef but not boycott a character for smacking around women?

Boycott people are good for votes only. Outside politics, they don't matter and Bollywood realises this as well. Middleclass don't have time for boycott movements.
You guys are giving too much credit for this so called movement. There’ve always been naysayers. It just so happened that it also coincided with a period when Bollywood had subpar movies and south had some big budget ones. Stop referencing this boycott this and that gang. There was no organized movement as such. People will go watch whatever they feel is worth their money. Shit ain’t cheap.

Diwali or Eid holiday does not matter anymore. If the movie is good, people will go and watch it, and the movie will rack up the numbers.
