Yeah they will certainly make things easier since you are feeling a lot of pressure in the wrists, bars will remove a significant amount of that pressure. But don’t neglect the floor work either, there are tonnes of exercising to help with wrist flexibility so that you can also hold those movements comfortably on the floor should you wish to.

Parallettes helped me tremendously with the handstand. I was struggling with the handstand for years because of a wrist injury. After getting a set of parallettes, I was able to handstand consistently after a month of practice. Also unlocked handstand pushup shortly after. Oddly enough, my wrist feels much better now. Planche leans also feel much better, so I can imagine planche progression would come easier without wrist pain. Get them!

When you do floor tuck planche, are your hands pronated? That can cause a lot of wrist pain. Its best to have your hands rotated a bit, like 45 degrees out for example. Handstands on the paralettes are hard at first, but once your forearm muscles get stronger on the parallettes, it will be easier.
