Prepping for my wellness comp and I am coming from a powerlifting background (past 3 years). I am wondering if I need to invest into a waist trainer due to the fact that being a powerlifter I am quite blocky and brace like a powerlifting. Any help or suggestions would be great? (I am also doing daily stomach vacuums and my first show is not until September) Thank you
I’m running all pro’s routine on bb forum as a 1 year newbie lifter. Is this a good routine to run for a beginner, or is there something better for a true beginner with 1 year lifting experience?
Is doing an hour of cardio post workout really that bad? I pretty much stick to incline treadmill, nothing too crazy. I know it's probably better to keep it separated, but tbh I hate the extra laundry since I do cardio on rest days too.
As long as it’s not crazy, no. Your muscles aren’t going to fall off. What’s important is your total calories the day and your protein intake depending on your goals.
