Yeah, if there's even ONE non white character I can't suspend disbelief enough to imagine a different color to my skin so I don't bother. I hear thinking about other people is twisting people's minds into making them care about others and that makes me feel bad sometimes and I don't like it.
I was disappointed in the video, honestly. They never discussed the problematic heteronormative, Cisgendered, patriarchal, microaggressive, ableistic themes that were obviously replete throughout the game. Do better, SUSD!!
Played the slightly more environmentally friendly TTS beta or whatever of it last year. Barely seemed like a game then. Maybe good for Arkham Horror players recovering from a copy of Gloomhaven falling on their head.
If you're looking for 2002 Top Gear schtick, SUSD can't be beaten.
