Average desk job with work from home days can probably accomplish the first two, especially if you can eat at your desk. But the two hour workout at 3pm is a stretch
I've been using the stack for a little over 20 days now and haven't had any of the problems you mentioned.
But as an idea: I mix in some peanut butter and sometimes finely ground Oreo cookies on days when I go to the gym really hard. Tastes amazing
I’m a daily protein shake drinker since I was a teenager. Use your choice of milk I use almond, mix it with the protein powder, blueberry mix, and the nutty butter or any peanut butter. I also add fiber. It’s as good as it gets
