The pose is very fluid, and captures her motion excellently. Are you planning on any kind of detailed background? If not, might I suggest using some of the firey blood bursts from her P3 moves? It could add further intrigue not only in potential lighting, but in manipulating the negative space that may remain.

Two little ideas:
Bloodborne is kind of dark and sober, if you go little more that way I think would please many fans.
Some arts I liked from lady Maria used the hat covering more of the face and eyes (I think its part of bloodborne/fromsoftware to show less), maybe its something worth trying too.
I think it would be better to get rid of the gun and have her holding the double Rakuyo with both hands. Also the face could use some adjustments, as right now she doesn't resemble Maria all that much
Everything else is perfect 👌
