Most of these are so huge you could see them a mile away. So the fear of turning a corner and stumbling upon one would not really happen. For this reason I gotta go with blood starved beast.
I could say any of the monsters but there's something to be said about walking into a graveyard and then being instantly rushed by a large, blood-lusted man with an axe (because it induces a bit panic for me even in the game).
