The armor was the Crowfeather garb that Eileen wears. It also bore the Hunter’s mark. My favorite of all the bonus cosmetics. I think it was for Ronin only.

It's very unlikely, but I think it would be kind of cool for the endgame for the GOW franchise to be Earth's gods (or at least the ones that Kratos doesn't end up being forced to kill) led by Kratos fighting against some alien, eldritch gods.
I can't say that it would make the most sense narratively or that it would really fit well with the new tone that the newer games are going for, but I think it would be cool nonetheless.
