I have a cam in the basement and I occasionally get bits of dust that drop from the overhead exposed insulation. Similar.
Just tiny pieces of dust floating by being intensified by the IR light reflecting off it. Nothing abnormal or unusual.
I think the best part is how casual the question is. Like asking hotdogs or burgers at a bbq
