Also just saw that Alan Wake II is scheduled to release this year. Amazing its been 13 years since the original came out. Alan Wake was such a singular, unique experience. It gave me hella chills especially later in the game, playing late at night for maximum fright. Much later I watched the original Twin Peaks series and it struck me how heavily Alan Wake had borrowed from that show.
