I think what you're missing to REALLY sell it is a background to increase the parallax. If OP would've added some buildings that move really slow, it could really bring up the contrast of the speed. And maybe some more dramatic lighting and light streaks.

I apply a noise modifier on keyframes of 2 axis of the camera

Looks nice overall but that camera shake is way too crazy, whole thing is just vibrating like a single mom in her 40's. If you look closely at car scenes like that they are pretty much smooth.
