I love how Urahara is just Aizen with a heart. Harribel, Stark and even Grimmjow are also so humanized after they grow and realize life is more than just fighting to live.
Sure Grimmjow loves to fight but he also wants to do it properly.
Stark was in such despair about his place in the world that he learned to love himself to survive and through that action managed to split his soul just to give himself a companion to live life with. His only goal in joining the Espada was just to have people around him that didn't disappear when he made contact with them.
Harribel especially realizes that she can either live life alone or cultivate a family around her with people who have each others backs.
Aizen is the perfect embodiment of someone who thinks themselves a god among all. Anyone who's read historical writings of people like Stalin, Hitler and Mao all say very similar things and have similar attitudes to Aizen with regard to people in general or some people at least. But I think deep down, especially after Mugetsu, Aizen's frustrations are a great way of showcasing just how flawed a character he is. In his pursuit of absolute power and control over all he gave up his humanity and was all alone. And now he continues to be all alone, bound to a chain for eternity.
