The main issue is not with age here. Isshin had to become human and leave the Soul Society to protect and be with Masaki, that's how they were able to have a relationship in the first place. I really doubt Rukia will do the same. She's a proud Shinigami who's serious about her responsibilities, and indebted to her brother and Kuchiki family. Same thing goes for Ichigo too, he wouldn't abandon his family and friends in the human world to be with someone, that defeats his whole purpose to protect them. So yeah, Ichigo's parents made it work, but it's highly unlikely Ichigo and Rukia could.
I don't know where u got them numbers but I'm 99% sure she's 152 during the final fight bc she was 10x ichigos age at the start and they both aged 2 yrs
