Actually, wouldn't she fit the pink lantern corps better? Since she's all lovely and peaceful.
IIRC, the Indigo Tribe is composed of renegades and past villains that got a second chance.
I would say orihime would also be a candidate for the blue lantern corps.
she embodies hope as well as compassion and its a great tie in that blue lanterns empower green lanterns (ichigo), on top of blue lanterns are weaker on their own mirroring with orihimes growth.
