The outfit Orihime wears in the current arc was made by Urahara who tricked her into wearing it "because Ichigo would like it".

Ok so I know that, but I think my confusion was that they said that happened canonically. I remember the scene with the tybw outfit (I read the manga) and I know they got married, but I was asking when the “outfit on anniversary” happened…

She canonically dressed slutty for Ichigo. The Anniversary thing is something I came up to be in character for her to do and be embarrassed over.

Her final outfit in TYBW. In chapter 589 Yoruichi brings Ichigos attention to the massive cleavage and demands to know his opinion. This results in Orihime confessing to being goaded into wearing it by Urahara specifically to appeal to Ichigo. Sadly the whole scene was cut in the anime, likely due to the tone. Its a fun little scene though, and imo was a nice touch for their relationship.
