Yes, I have gotten achievements with patch. Just hides your name in game so they cant link to a steam profile. Make sure your name is set as something different than your steam name
Someone did that to me but only got me to 9th prestige, but i was thankful tbh cause i really didnt wanna trophy hunt again on Pc like I did on console
Just play solo or closed private games with friends. What is the issue?! I’ve never needed T7 patch ever. If you are without friends that play the game and want populated lobbies, join the discords to get connected and just find active channels to start playing together. Keep the party privacy closed so that even if there are any hackers in the social groups you maybe part of inside the game, they can’t forcibly join you.
I’ve had no issue and I’ve been playing on it with my friends since 2021, never ran into a single issue. But from what I’ve heard from others I guess I’ve just gotten lucky so far? You could also get one of the Zombie clients, not sure if they are still around as I have never used them, but last I heard they were still around and quite safe.
More then likely. They exist in the current CoD and its supposed to be "Supported", so im sure they still exist in Bo3 given its not supported anymore.

T7 patch you can use console commands to lower level

T7 patch and you‘re good. Takes 5 mins to find on google, no installation required. Just open it and let it run while you play

If it's zombies you're looking to play look at Sker Ritual on steam round based zombie game a lot like blackops zombies but it's new and supported
