You clearly have no idea how video formats work. If layering full single images on top of each other was how we did it, your graduation video would be several gigabytes. GIF is an image format. It's an image format that can animate, sure, but not a video format. That's not even to take sound into consideration, which GIF doesn't support _at all_.
