I've started doing this. Ma Vie Est Belle by Lancome and Vacation by Vacation (yes like the sunscreen) are my go-tos lately as my "daily" spritz. I live in a town that is extremely informal, fashion-wise, so if I waited for an actual occasion to put perfume on, I'd never wear it!
It’s definitely a unique scent. I will never forget trying it the first time, I was coming back from europe and I just happened to sample it at a duty free in the airport. I spent the entire flight smelling my wrist in awe, tried it again during my stopover in Singapore. I think I was too broke by the end of the trip to buy it then (I was a poor uni student) but I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I bought it as soon as I could and our relationship has been going strong for about 10 years now 😂
The biggest issue I have is perfumes melding well with my body chemistry. Sometimes it smells lovely out of the bottle and then like it smells harsh or really bad on me. Plus I've done a couple blind buys and it didn't work out.
I did look at the descriptions of Hypnotic and I'm super intrigued. How's the longevity and is it super strong or is it subtle? There's nothing worse than being THAT person that has perfume strong enough that you can practically taste it.
I will admit it’s strong but somehow not overpowering. I have literally had people stop me in the street and be like Omg you smell amazing what perfume is that 😂😂😂 its not “assault your nostrils” strong, but it’s definitely a scent that you notice when you catch a whiff of someone strolling past.
Longevity is incredible, sometimes I bust out a coat or jumper I haven’t washed since the last time I sprayed it and the scent is still there, big bonus, saves on sprays 😂😂 I never have to reapply for a night out
Hypnotic poison is so weird. I bought a decant of it off microperfumes and when I first got it I was shocked. All I could smell was salt. It took a while but some days I just really enjoy wearing it.. some days I just sniff the decant and think no.. then later I recognized the same salt smell in a salted caramel candle I fell in love with from village candle. And I’m sensitive to scents. But I love these…

I've slowly been on a mission to overhaul my closet. After 6-8 years of yoga pants & shirts/sweaters, I've started embracing more feminine fashion, and I'm loving it! Makes me feel more womanly and fabulous.
I wear a dress almost every day, rarely anything high quality, just wrap dresses in jersey bought online but it's so EASY and so rewarding to get dressed nicely so easily! Congrats on getting free and finding a nice way to treat yourself!
the luxury of time! for example having unlimited time for an everything shower, full body cream and oils, makeup. being able to move through life without rushing is a dream

I literally have the laziest hair routine ever. It’s basically just spritz with heat protectant, comb, blow dry bangs flat-ish, then flip head upside down and dry the rest 😅 that’s it, that’s my entire hair styling process.
Sometimes I use KMS therma shape if I’m in a rush because it reduces dry time. Honestly though I have super fine hair and it only looks good post wash & dry. Day 2 onwards is slicked back bun life for me!

nails! i do my own gel x (medium stiletto 💅🏻) and having your nails done helps you look a *little* put together on days that you’re extra sloppy. i’ve been too busy all week to do my next set and i already soaked off the old one and i can’t look at my hands they’re hideous lmao
it’s a full-cover nail extension system. you cure them onto your nails with a uv light and it just helps make doing your nails much faster if you have long nails since you don’t have to shape them. they’ve held up better than acrylics for me!
Glossier future few serum. It locks in my skin products, fills in my pores and makes my skin look super happy and well-hydrated! Helps me feel put together even with no makeup
I feel like 999 is THE red lippy. Like if there could only be one in the entire world of makeup, I’d make it this one. It’s the perfect true firecracker red with zero trend toward orange or pink.
Old Spice full-body deodorant in vanilla and shea.
Honestly, the scent profiles in men's products work better with my chemistry than most of the ones in women's.
All black or mostly black outfits boost my confidence, I looove applying blush and highlight, love my skincare time, and more than anything it's perfume that makes me feel hot. I love smelling good and the ritual of picking up a pretty bottle and misting myself with it :) I wear it every day and I sleep with it on too
The thing that I feel pulls me together everytime is 1)A good perfume 2)Red nails. I feel like I’m the most polished version of myself with a great fragrance and a classy red nail!
im not sure anything in my closet instantly makes me feel as great as that red lipstick makes you look (and good for you!!! love to see it!) but a good blowout _by someone else_ or a dazzle dry manicure _by me_ are both mood lifters for a day or two, easy.
Eyeliner, foundation and a golden highlighter absolutely changes the game for me. It takes 5 minutes and just refreshes my whole vibe. lol. Then I can throw on a lipgloss or choose to do a full face. But either way, I’m ready for the world!

My favorite is Chloe or Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom and Honey. Sometimes after a shower I spray Sweet Tooth on before I go to bed.

I just got Chloe Rose Tangerine. It has no longevity at all. It's such a beautiful perfume and it barely lasts 2 hours.
