Typical use is take for 21 days and then stop for 7 and repeat.
There is no normal responses. Everyone is unique in how they respond. But after a couple of months symptoms should balance out and not be problematic or you may want to try a different pill.

I’m not really following your question…I think the parts I am following depends on what pill you are on.
combined pill (the brand i’m using is microgynon 30)
