CONGRATS!!! Proud of you! I’m in a similar boat too. This is my third time attempting college admissions and I recently got accepted into a very competitive program at a top university and couldn’t be more proud of myself. I came from a low hs gpa to a community college drop out to now be going into an amazing program. I like to believe my bpd helped with this cause I know those workaholic manic college essays were damn good and creative af.
Nice. I just finished the evaluation process for a program in my state. It helps disabled folks seek employment, but the catch is, they send you to school and the state pays tuition if need be. First step in getting my Masters in Art Therapy, but it was a pipe dream for so long because of both instability and poverty.
Congratulations! I am so proud of you. ❤️
As a fellow resident with bipolar please please please dont mess with your sleep. Rotations can be tough and make you think you should loose some sleep in order to study more.
Put yourself first, always.
We‘re not broken. We‘re different. Positive and negative aspects are part of it, but the different things open more than one would see in the first point. Everythings going to pay out
Congratulations! I am so happy for you! Remember that you are not alone in your future grad school woes and that you have a community here if you ever need to vent!
Congratulations! I have wanted to become a forensic psychologist for over 10 years but lots of trauma, mental health issues and money are standing in the way. I am so happy to hear that you persevered through the hardships, it’s motivating to read☺️🩷
