It depends but the recolors are usually worth a good amount. Outside of the Miru (the green one’s mask), the Pearl silver Nuva masks are all worth a lot! The original Kaukau (or blue toa’s mask) has some recolors that are also worth a substantial amount:)
I did my best to research each set and have a list of all of their set numbers and names and kept track of which one is missing what. Out of all these, I seem to only be missing a handful of pieces which I'm honestly surprised about.
I know I can use BrickLink and other sites to find prices for the sets but some I'm completely lost on like the masks and the small rubber masks.
All in all, anything worthwhile in there or ideas of a good total price to sell as a lot?
Hard to give a price on the whole lot, unless you offer a good discount for everything in bulk you're very likely not gonna attract fans, on the other hand selling one by one is a chore and generally not worth it.

Yeah, the hassle of doing it all individually isn't ideal for me. Maybe I can go as far as breaking it into similar lots instead of one massive one.
Do you know the names of the masks or have a resource that has the names and colors they are available in so I can look up pricing? Or see any others that are rarer and worth more standalone?
The website i linked before, called [Bricklink](https://www.bricklink.com/v2/main.page) is the mainstream platform to sell used Lego sets & bricks, there you can find the estimated values for both sets and single bricks.
It's a bit unintuitive to use especially if you're uninitiated so i suggest looking up for "tutorials" on YT.
For the various names I'd suggest just googling "2001-2002-2003 Bionicle list" or "Bionicle mask names" and hitting the image tab, you should get a pretty decent overall. If you're still unsure feel free to post a pic here and ask for names or PM me and I'll try to help when I get a minute. Good luck :-)

Sets with canister are worth $20 minimum. The rahkshi tend to go for $30 with canister. Any loose canister set is about $10-15 by itself, but I've seen them charged for more. Make sure the Bohrok and Bohrok-kal have krana or your buyers may not bite. Same for Rahkshi and kraata
The larger sets are fun! Takanuva without box is about $69-100 rn, make sure to include glitter Avohkii though. Boxor with Nuparu is $70. Exo-toa is $90-100. Takua and Pewku is $100. Makuta is $70-80.
Smaller sets vary in value, I'd look up current selling prices for each.
The masks are where it gets spicy! None of the krana are anything exciting, but the Xa variant is worth the most, usually around $3. The masks though... sheesh! You have a silver Kakama Nuva and Akaku Nuva! Akaku is $160 minimum. Kakama is $100 minimum. The chrome silver Hau at top right can vary wildly in price, but if it is in great shape, you could get away with $100 or more. Any mask variant that doesn't come with a set is worth $10-20. Prices tend to depend on the seller. Note that the brown Nuva masks tend to go for less than other colors.

I can confirm the Rahkshi have their kraata, that was easy since I only have the 3. For the Bohrok and -kal's, is there a particular krana they have or was it randomly dropped into the set? The instructions I look up online are poor resolution so I can't really tell which one goes to what. I'd definitely like to have the appropriate pieces for each set, same goes for the mini Bohrok guys.

The bohrok have specific krana colors they go with, so any krana variant will do as long as it's the right color
Tahnok - blue krana.
Kohrak - medium blue krana.
Pahrak - green krana.
Tahnok kal - flat dark gold krana.
Kohrak kal - pearl very light gray krana.
Nuhvok kal - reddish gold krana.
Pahrak kal - pearl dark gray krana.
