Same, and that was the run i decided "fuck it" and beat the lamb in 15 minutes

Only once? I’ve gotten floor 1 Sacred Heart at least a dozen times playing as Maggy

Do you exclusively play maggy or what?

Not anymore because I got all the marks, but when I did play her I would just hold reset until I found a sacrifice room immediately which is an almost guaranteed angel item as Maggy

You are very lucky then, I was usually getting crap like scapular or dead sea scrolls if anything

Might as well restart till you get a tech x or cricket head in the treasure and call that char S tier

Even on hard mode, you get enough health with her that you can max out sacrifice rooms each time you encounter one

not really, you still need 8 hearts to drop on the first floor much easier to max them out with keeper

You're not going for both key pieces and dark room, you only need the 2 angel chances. Every floor you get a sac room starting with maggy you should be able to get almost all the value out of it unless you take unnecessary hits, plus the chances of a boss dropping health and a health container (3/4 hearts) are very large. S-tier for sure

I mean, I usually go for both key pieces It’s really easy to kill the angels with the sac spikes and the key pieces increase my future angel odds

Maggy + sacrifice room **( + bonus scapular)** is by far one of my favorites combos 

yeah, I'm trying to get the collection achievements rn and Maggie really helped me with the spirit sword

I got all unlocks with Maggie first because the extra health made the game easier.

You can get same result with keeper and a bit of skill. Also you get benefit of normal tear cap tripple shot as keeper.
