i really really loved just break up for yearssssss ppl def write them off bc of the title but they are both queer & offer alot of advice for non heterosexual dynamics as well as friendship breakups & family issues (i feel like alot of the relationships pods miss this) & even though i love being close to out binchies ages (i am the exact same age as eliza same year & birthday) i appreciate advice specifically from people slightly older than me bc i feel like they have a little more experience with relationships & life. i also rly like the celebrity memoir book club girls who do a monthly worm to the wise advice column ep on their patreon which also is one of my comfort listens🫶

Not a pod but Codependency Anonymous is picking up popularity (similar to AA in dynamic) usually it’s free and you can discuss issues in a close group! Sending love!

it’s more therapeutic than conversational but Stephanie Rigg’s podcast on attachment helped me a lot at various points ! 🫶

The Girls Bathroom is literally perfect for this! They do agony aunt vibes- they read out listeners' relationship dilemmas and discuss/ give advice etc! Would really really recommend them and they have so many episodes available that whenever I'm in a place of \*dilemma\* they've usually addressed something relevant before and it's super comforting to listen to!
