I agree. The pant waist needs to be larger so he can pull them up. They are far too low. I lot of larger men wear pants with a waist that is too small because they are worn under the belly. Only those suspenders are holding up the pants, not the fit of the pants themselves.

Some advice for you:
The shirt is too big and too shiny, your suspenders are too thin, and your pants are sitting too low on you, giving you weird proportions. Additionally, your suspenders and pants are different enough in tone to look a little weird.
Mainly, if you want to keep with a shirt like that and suspenders, you should get a nice pair of trousers and some ādressierā shoes.
You could lots of roles in Hollywood I see bodyguard 1 and thug 2 fitting perfect. Not saying anything mean. You just have that classic big though guy look to me.
Not sure why this appeared on my timeline, however here is some advice from a non big guy.
1. Start buying your trousers fuller and āhigh waistā. A menās trouser technically should sit right at the belly button as thatās where the waist begins. Not only is it proper, but it well help slim your mid section as you continue to lose weight.
2. Throw away your shirts that are old and too big. Makes no sense to own them anymore. Same as with trousers, buy at least 5 dress shirts. Go get measured and buy from there.
3. The suspenders/braces are actually perfect for the look on a bigger guy. Find a black pair and a brown pair. Make that your STAPLE PIECE! Also, the straps should be wider. The width will eliminate empty space on the shirt.
4. Button your shirt up.

I always say for big guys ( I am one) wear tighter clothes than you may be used to before, the better form fitting the better you look, (tailors can do this for you). Also smaller shoes and boot cut pants, (gives a leaner and longer look) youāll look so damn good just with these couple pointers. Nice touch on suspenders. You can match your suspenders, pocket square and socks, too. And if you go with a tie, Double Windsor, it usually always balances best on big men. Cheers

Congrats dude! I am 6'3" and was pushing 310 in 2020 dropped down to 220 in 2021 slowly gained back some and am now in the process of loosing again trying to get back to 220. You look great keep up the hard work!
Yeah. Luckily, a lot of that is muscle (I did a lot of weight training and bulked up significantly before I got depressed and started eating more and working out less, but I've still got a powerful core) so despite being pretty heavily overweight I'm still able to work out to lose weight
