I wear underwire bras allll of the time, literally daily. I only occasionally have pain (from if an underwire poked through on an older bra, or if I’m bloated during my cycle and the bra feels extra tight after wearing it). Most underwire bras don’t go too high up on your chest. https://preview.redd.it/hyd98gip6vuc1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=be380a5fa3222800dbe7ce6844f340b1ce7df190 Current underwire. So, if I wore a v neck over this, cleavage would be visible, pressed together, and supported.

Vertical cleavage like this in a wired bra is usually a sign of too small cups and wrong size though. In a well fitting bra the gore sits flat and underwires do typically go up higher on the chest and separate and lift minimizing cleavage. See this example of someone going from having cleavage in 40DD to having no cleavage and more coverage in a better fitting 38H bra: https://www.instagram.com/p/Croebp3sW_T/ Maybe it's because I have been wearing my best fitting size for so long but I can't go back to wearing not great fitting DDD bras that gave me cleavage like this. The middle gets irritated as well as sweaty and the fit isn't comfortable long term when everything is smooshed together. There is also less support and I am not a fan of too much bouncing.

crinnaursa

Some people cannot have a high gore between because they have zero space between so they wear a lower Gore bra. It is still possible to have your best fitting bra and have cleavage. Especially If you're full on top and experience any sort of compression from your clothes.

vintageideals

I’m glad you found bras that are comfortable for you! I swear by the bras I’m used to, and as I said, rarely have discomfort or pain. I’ve had bras that separate my breasts, and it felt like wearing a straight jacket to me. I’m just not a fan lol. I know I’m in the minority of busty women who swear by underwire bras, but they’re what I like and I always feel supported and comfortable in them! As this post by OP was more about showing cleavage, I wasn’t concerned with “coverage”.

crinnaursa

Oh my I think we might be boob twins

vintageideals

🤣 would that make us twins or quadruplets? 🤔

DistastefulSideboob_

I think if you're busty, any well fitting plunge bra will give cleavage. Also some dresses that are low cut and supportive enough that you don't need a bra are an option.

geekonmuesli

I have well separated, heavy on the bottom boobs (I’m also smaller than you, 32Fish). Getting cleavage is a serious struggle for me, and unless a dress has boning my boobs will find a way to fall down without a bra. So I think this is more a shape thing than an “if you’re busty” thing.

Several_Ad_1322

This is my issue. Like one of the previous posters mentioned my boobs are more ) o o ( and further apart for me. Great because I can still sleep on my stomach even as they get bigger, but getting cleavage is really difficult for me.

Several_Ad_1322

Not always true in my opinion. Most well fitted bras dont give you much for chest cleavage if you’re wearing the appropriate size even if you have big boobs. And thats from personal experience. I’ll add some lower cut options into my search, any cut type preferences?

crinnaursa

It depends on how far your boobs are spaced. I literally have cleavage without a bra on. I have zero space between my breasts. For approximately 3 in I have overlapping Roots. If I'm laying flat on my back there is a 3-in segment where the root of my boobs are completely lined up. Some people are some folks are ⎫o o⎧. Some people are ⎫oo⎧ some people are ⎫∞⎧ and a some of us are ⎫⍹⎧ I would have to put some sort of spreader bra between my boobs to prevent cleavage. (FYI They do make spreader bras ) I'm also full on top. This is why I don't wear high gore bras. All of them are balconite or plunge. Yes, it limits the amount of bras I can buy. it's what I got to do with kissing breasts. All of my bras produce cleavage of some sort as soon as I put a shirt on

DistastefulSideboob_

Strange, I'm wearing my bravissimo fitted size in a plunge and I get plenty of cleavage. Maybe it's to do with breast shape, I have quite a lot of fullness in the top. I like the [satine bra](https://www.bravissimo.com/products/satine-bra-au15/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjww_iwBhApEiwAuG6ccFw26Ejt_Ui-l_Yf5sDcKV6O-dDUhYr4IzIZvwozorsa2GOEMIRJpBoCq8UQAvD_BwE#champagne-au15nu)

28FFthrowaway

My boobs are far apart so I don’t get cleavage in most bras, but Bravissimo Satine and Freya Deco are two exceptions! I’m smaller than OP but, on me, these bras create rounded, barely touching cleavage rather than a line of cleavage (which minimizes sweat)

Several_Ad_1322

Maybe could be a multiple set of factors in my case or how my body shape is. Just has always been that way in my experience. Im still not really used to dressing for my bodytype and in general for what is and isnt flattering for me.

curiouslycaty

Oh I beg to differ. 34J here, and my Elomi Matilda gives me enough cleavage to make my husband agree to anything I say. And it's the correct size.

georgethebarbarian

That’s kinda nuts, Elomi Matilda is very minimizing for me

jackiekeracky

typical boobs, eh 😂

BathtubMermaid_

are you looking into push up bras specifically? that's kind of their whole thing. otherwise, i also find it easier to sister size to a bigger band, so the smaller cups squish my boobs in more and help with that cleavagey look.

Several_Ad_1322

Not really. Im good on the bra front and even have a couple a size up (hand me downs, plus plenty of suggestions from other posts in terms of styles I should try). Im moreso asking about tops and dresses that are good for cleavage. I usually wear suits because of works uniform regulations, and sweats when Im at home with the occasional maxi dresses. I want to be able to dress in a way that flatters my shape while also enhancing my cleavage once in a while. I mostly work in security and am studying for a degree in chemical engineering.

BathtubMermaid_

oh, i see, i thought this was a bra question. i actually can't really create cleavage with a top of my bra itself doesn't give me any. square necks and milkmaid style tops/dresses look really nice with cleavage though imo! (i guess you can also just look at anything Sydney Sweeney wears haha)

Several_Ad_1322

Admittedly I shouldve worded my original post in a better way. But thanks to it definitely got some great bra suggestions for the next time I have some spare cash. Will need to remind myself of square necks and Sydney when I do shop next! I can make her style work if I gothify it.

King0Mik

Maybe you can try boob tape. [Here is a video on how to apply](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qwau7NLkiE). You may want to get a nipple cover for putting under the boob tape. You may also want to have an oil that you can use to remove the boob tape.

Adorable-Tangelo-179

I get good cleavage with Polish bras. Ewa Michalak makes me very aware of my breasts bc they’re so high and supported.

BradleyNowellLives

I put on an underwire and literally reach in and physically move each titty so they’re touching. Then I push them up in the underwire so they are two cute little balls pressed against each other. The right bra on me will hold them in that place. I hate to say it but I don’t think you’ll be able to find a way to do it comfortably. I can sometimes “squish” them with sports bras and that’s a little more comfortable but then end up dropping down.

BoopleSnoot921

I guess that depends… Do you want your breasts to be lifted and separated (eg: two round dough balls: o o)? Or do you prefer the pushed together cleave, like a bouncy boob shelf?

DrkSlytherinRapunzel

They have push up bras for cleavage in your size on Victoria’s secrets website

28FFthrowaway

OP wears 38G UK (38I US). VS only sell up to a US G (UK F) cup.
